Thank you for supporting Vampyui Art. Each piece is crafted with passion and care. Please read our policy below before placing your order.

🖤 Return Eligibility

- Returns are only accepted if the artwork has not been started.
- Once any work has begun (sketching, painting, prepping materials), the order becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.

🕐 Cancellation Window

- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if work has not started.
- After this period, or once work has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.

🛠 Damaged or Lost Items

- If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We'll do our best to offer a fair solution (partial refund, credit, or replacement).

🎨 Custom Orders

- All custom orders are final sale once started.
- Ensure all project details (size, style, colors) are confirmed before placing your order.
- Progress updates may be shared during the creation process.

📦 Return Shipping (if eligible)

- If a return is approved before work begins, the customer must handle return shipping.
- All returned items must arrive in original condition.
