Refund and Returns Policy
1. Overview
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as , flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
2. Returns
Eligibility:

- Custom or personalized artwork is not eligible for return unless it is defective or damaged.

- Pack the item securely, including any original packaging and documentation, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Refunds
Eligibility:
- Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items

- We may request photographs of the damage for our records and to expedite the resolution.
6. Shipping Returns

- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
- If returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
